Today while enjoying your "To Be" list instead of your "To Do" list, practice living in the moment and the quiet in-between moments, as this allows the space for new ideas, thoughts, passion and purpose to come forth. We are what we think, what we think becomes our future, so always be mindful!
Living in the moment means letting go of the past and trusting in the future. One can visit the past or future from time to time, but living there does not give way to expansion.
There is much to mindfulness, yet it is as simple as our breath. Meditation, living in the moment, mindfulness, are all a frothy blend of whipped-cream likeness, smoothing out the rough edges of our thoughts. Embrace every moment with a positive outlook and make each moment count. As powerful imagery takes up residency in the mind, allow the hush of awareness to become alive in your spirit. As you ease into your day, discover and experience a calmness of knowing a conscious existence, a peace and strength, a communing with self that surpasses all understanding.
